Most amusing moment/achievement in a video game

As the title says, what is the most amusing moment or achievement you have ever seen in a video game (single player so that it is scripted not a glitch or accident of multiplayer)?

For me, it would probably be in Bioshock when you get the choice whether or not to kill Sander Cohen. I killed him and decided to take a photo of his corpse for a laugh, as he had you doing the same thing to other people in order to escape his little domain (Fort Frolic I think?).

Little did I know I would get a secret achievement for it (The Irony achievement for those who haven't played the game or didn't get this achievement)!

Not achievement...or at least I don't think so. In Neverwinter Nights you get two quest resolutions that I believe are amusing.

XP GRANTED FOR BEFRIENDING A GIANT MAGICAL SPIDER!

and

XP granted for becoming honorary jarl of a clan of frost giants and then immediatly kicking them out of the clan.

Well, the most amusing moment for me is when playing CoD and you cook a frag to explosion next to an enemy just for shits and giggles. It was my favorite challenge to do in CoD 4 and WaW.

In LCS you have to take a picture of the guy who's trying to date your mother, and you tail him and need a photo of him chasing hookers whilst dressed up as a giant baby... so you only need 1 good shot of this, and then that triggers a cut scene, leaving you with several shots left on the camera... so i liked blowing people's heads off and killing groups of people in a big pile and taking pics of them to include in the happy little camera session that the mother's going to enjoy...
also when you kill the dude and sell his corpse as food to his restaurant made me laugh a fair bit, as did the whole of the messed up baby thing
in the same game, when you complete one of the stunt jumps it tells you to go change your underwear, which unlocks a new outift (a pair of boxers with heart pattern on them :S)

Edit: and psychotic prankster in fallout 3... can't believe i forgot that one...

I liked the one from Prince of Persia (the cartoony one hated by others) to get it you needed to make the longest combo possible in the game that was 14 hits. I have to say the combo was amazing looking and satisfying

Consolation Prize in TF2. I laughed my ass off when I got this achievement. I am horrible in TF2 and the game recognizes it.

When you fire about 5 playthoughs worth of shots in Borderland you get the reward/achievement thing "I fired every bullet ever" that always seemed funny to me.

One of my most amusing is in Fallout: New Vegas;
Name: The Courier Who Broke the Bank
Requirement: Get banned from all the casinos on the Vegas Strip
Basically, get a high Luck attribute and rob them blind at Blackjack, or possibly the slots; each casino has different limits, but when you win too much, you're banned from playing any more. The great side effect is in the process, you earn a ton of caps, get several handy items and a couple of handy houses.

I swear the first hour I played I played half life 2 all I did was throw cans,blocks and debris at everyone in the train station and then ran as they followed me!

Call of Duty 3 (i think it was 3... might of been 4...) when me and my brothers saw we kept getting purple hearts and had no idea why but we were always like ya we got another achievement.

It took weeks before any of us became curious to look up what it was for and then found out you get it when you get a 1:3 kill death ratio (again it was years ago so that ratio might be off.)

That was a sad day when we learned it meant we sucked >_< and we were so proud of how many we had collected

The "Kill someone by pickpocketing a grenade INTO their pockets" Achievements in Fallout3/Newvegas.

I cant recall if there was an achievement for it. But if you piss off Sheagorath in TES:Oblivions Shimmering Isle expansion, he teleports you 200 feet into the air above a peak on the island, and you drop into an altar full of bones and die.

Also, in Shimmering Isles theres one cave with an altar with a button, and abook beside it. If you read the book it lists steps like
"Grab subject by ankles and wrists, Hold subject over altar, Praise X three times, Raise subject up and down, Press button, Praise X once more. Swing Subject back and forth 3 times, Release." Pressing the button drops the altar away, and you fall into a cavern pool of frogbeasts. I laughed the entire time they tore me apart.

Aaaaalso in shimmering Isles, theres a quest to help a guy kill himself, but he asks that he doesnt see it comming. You wait until late at night, hes up on a precarious ledge overlooking the town. musing about how the view from just this spot is so perfect, and serene, that it reminds him that his miserable life isnt so bad after all. At which point you yell SURPRISE! "Wait, WHAT?!" And he goes for a short flight.

If you havent played Shimmering isles, it's hilarious and enjoyable. ^_^

My favourite was Rasputin for Team Fortress 2. It requires you, as a Heavy, to take bullets, get burned, get beaten by something, take damage from explosions and maybe have some engineer buildings harm you; not sure but it's something like that. Now, when I read the description I laughed for a good minute as I know the story of real life Rasputin's death, which is just about as hilarious.
