Most annoying companion in a game?

I'm going with Navi and...I have to go with ALL the NPCs in escort missions because the amount of times I've failed a mission because they've gotten killed is just too much!

Also all the smart mouthed sidekicks out there who make the really bad jokes.

Now THAT guy was annoying, I told him to wiat on top of a mountian, and left him there, then at the end of the game I went back, and he was still there in the exact same spot.
I laughed at that.
