Roman from GTA4, annoting as hell. I think that after you call once and I say no, its enough for you to stop fucking calling. Especially when im loading up the game to get on multilayer, then my phone gets interrupted constantly.
Ashley from RE4. I took every opporunity concievable to kill her. Oka, fine inhumane, but fucking hilarious.
Oh and Chip from Sonic Unleashed. It's a decent game, but I really think the game would have been better off with less characters.

The owner of the store in the first village in Fallout 3... I think her name was Moira or something like that. Her voice was so ridiculously smug and condescending I - I had to shoot something. I'm getting annoyed just remembering how she talked as I'm typing...

I got overly defensive Nico has (to me) been one of the best developed characters in a long long time.
Albeit I hated the choice at the end of the game.
Either kill your cousin and lose his cool addon ability or Kill the one chick who earnestly is trying to get into your underpants and isn't obnoxious.
Plus after she dies the writing tanks and your guy just 'forgets' about her.
Likewise there is a glitch where she comes back anyways for most players so she dies and pops back up like a GTA jesus.

Do you want to know who grinds my gears? Bowser Jr., what the hell is with that stupid brat? He's laughing at me in a cutscene, and I'm so angry at him that I want to whip him with barbed wire, but I can't, because it's a fucking cutscene!
