I played the original PSOne trilogy.

I loved it!

Then came Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly, I even bought the game 2 weeks in advance of getting a PS2...

I died a little that day... replacing my soul with a black hole and covering everything I said from that day with a big, fat smear of cynism.

(I was too young at the time to know that it was under new management or even that it actually mattered WHO made the game. Otherwise, I never would have bought it...)

And now they gave Sparx a voice? A VOICE?!

'Fran' from Final Fantasy XII' (all the characters from FF XII actually, but this one in particular)

Character development, ring a bell?!

Elf-like creatures with a 'playboy bunny'-blueprint, living secluded and having a lot of respect for nature.
Well then DO something with it!
Like you did with the anthropomorph rats in FF IX, remember?

I actually don't mind Navi's little babbling very much (I turn the sound down for my music to be louder). Though any character that auto-interrupts gameplay to tell me something I already know makes the list.

Actually, I'll pick one: Fludd, from Super Mario Sunshine. What a little nuisance.

i swear, i dont know what sqaure enix was thinking when they made KH2.

not only is demyx the most difficult boss in the game, but he also wins the award for:

most annoying music in a boss fight
most annoying voice in a game
most annoying attacks in a boss fight ever
most unnessecery boss ever. why do i say this? because after you kill him, you go on to the night of 1,000 heartless level, and they are EXTREMELY EASY while demyx is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. and you litteraly have to kill 1000 of them, and its a FUCKING CAKEWALK, even when compared to demyx.

Warhammer's Space Marines, not only do I just find them loathsome at the best of times but they NEVER... SHUT...UP. I listen to my friend play as them on Dawn of War and all I hear is:
"For the emperor, for the emperor, for the emperor, for the emperor etc"
God it gets worse though because now my friends never stop talking about them, no matter what video game we are playing they somehow find a way to pretend like it's Space Marines. They keep saying 'For the Emperor' over and over again and they have effectivley alienated me from them as I like aliens and they never shut up about 'Xenos must die'.
Also in conversation no matter WHAT we are talking about, no matter HOW the conversation started it always turns into the Space Marines. They always find a way to link any topic to Space Marines, politics, movies, popular culture... I'm scared to even bother trying to discuss 'District 9' with them because they will just say:
"PURGE THE XENOS IN THE FIRE OF HUMANITIES WRATH... ALSO FOR THE EMPEROR."

So there for their effect on my social circle, ruining my friendships, killing intelligent conversation and destroying any fun I used to have playing multiplayer games socially with people I like, my vote goes to the Space Marines.
I hope their Emperor dies of Cancer.
