People who type "orite", instead of "How are you?" or, more literally, "Alright?". Gets right on my Rogers, that does.

Epic Fail.

There's a kid in my school that actually says it in his day-to-day speech, and I want to throttle him every time he says it.
yea I know a guy that does that too.

OP:

"Most Annoying Internet Speech" would lead us to believe that you were commenting on a Speech as in Martin Luther King's "I have a Dream" speech, that was also very annoying and found on the internet. When you are in fact referring to something else entirely. You should have put "Most Annoying Internet Slang" or something similar.

Please do not comment on other peoples use of language.
Is this sarcasm? I think it is. Actually, I'm sure it is, but fuck it anyway:

Please note that 'speech' has several different definitions, and this happens to make sense in that form, though it might not be very descriptive.

Also, how is Martin Luther King's speech annoying?

Martin Luther Kings speech was an example of what a "Speech" is, not an example of an annoying speech. As far as I'm concerned, speech has two uses:

A Speech, as in public speaking etc.

A persons speech, defining their accent, inflection, etc.

The OP's title is poorly worded at best and wrong at worst.
The bolded is the problem, as by saying that, I know you will discredit all my counterarguments by saying, 'But that's not how I use the term!'

Speech also means (from the define: speech page on google):

- manner of speaking: your characteristic style or manner of expressing yourself orally; "his manner of speaking was quite abrupt"; "her speech was barren of southernisms"; "I detected a slight accent in his speech"

Thusly, if speech was substituted into 'Most Annoying Internet Manner of Speaking,' it would still fit, though it would sound a bit awkward.

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/speech

speech (spch)
n.1.a. The faculty or act of speaking. b. The faculty or act of expressing or describing thoughts, feelings, or perceptions by the articulation of words.

2. Something spoken; an utterance.

3. Vocal communication; conversation.

I guess you would have preferred I use the term "internet speak" which is a phrase that is actually born out of internet speak because "speak" isn't a noun.

Also OP, I know I shouldn't laugh but when you said you hate the word 'butthurt' and you've had instances where your butt has actually hurt I couldn't help but piss myself laughing. Just for the reason you hate the word because it reminds you of personal butt related trauma is hilarious. I apologise for what I have just said in advance.
I'm often much funnier unintentionally than intentionally and I realize that shouting "It's not funny!" only makes it even funnier. I think I was initially trying to be funny, but I forgot halfway through. In either case, I've just got some mad chafing going on out back.

People who misuse the word "Epic".
Forgot about that one. Not sure if everyone on here is old enough to clearly remember the mid-90s, but there was epic misuse of the word "epic" back then. Movies like Ben-Hur and Cleopatra started it, but Titanic brought it back. Epic was used to describe every movie that was long, historical, and potentially oscar worthy. It was so very annoying.

epic poem: a long narrative poem telling of a hero's deeds (That's it! Nothing else, please!)

EDIT:

Just also remembered I dislike like it when people talk in either caps or have almost EveRY oTher W0rD IN caPS.

Well, since I seem to like posting word definitions:

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/epic

Surpassing the usual or ordinary, particularly in scope or size.

An 'epic' movie like Lawrence of Arabia could count as having a larger 'scope' or 'size' than, say, Die Hard.

alright, i disagree with you in 2 places

1- Owned and Pwned dont exactly have English alternatives, not really much point in saying, "defeated or bested on an extreeme level", if you wont talk like others, dont expect them to talk like you

2- "sheep", is a recognised term that refers to a group of people who don't think for themselves (like sheep) it isn't an internet term

None of it annoys me. Most of it I find funny in a 'this is deliberately stupid' kind of parody way.

The only thing I REALLY can't stand is when people always add, "Text me if you want" at the end of their Facebook updates, or anything of that nature. It's just a polite way of saying, "TEXT ME NOW"
Whenever I see this I die a little on the inside

People who use the word "da" instead of "the" teh is OK when its used in a joking matter but "da" is fucking retarded and if read out makes you sound like an idiot. On the same note people who use "dere" or "dare" instead of there basically any attempts at using "gangsta" talk.

God dammit those chat/sprite/troll logs are painful to read. They literally give me a headache.
I stopped reading them about the second page they appeared on because it was just impossible to read them. Now I have no idea what's going on.
