Biggest ones for me are Mass Effect 2(Already preordered the special edition,) and No More Heroes 2, and hopefully some news on Half Life 2 Episode 3. If there's not at least an official release date announced in 2010, I may have to... do... SOMETHING to every Valve employee. Not sure what yet. Bioshock 2 is also on my list, just not as a must-have-on-release-date game. Dunno why, I just can't get to hyped up over it.

I don't really care for shooters, but I have a soft spot for the game.
I'm exited for Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and for some reason, No More Heroes 2, even though I've never played the first. 
I also find it kind of disturbing that they're all sequels.
