Mass Effect 3, Fallout New Vegas, Dead Space 2, and Gears of War 3. I am very excited about this year in gaming, as it seems like there will be a decent lineup of games.

Batman: Arkham City, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, DC Universe Online, and Star Wars: The Old Republic. I'm somewhat concerned for my future with two MMOs being released that actually look interesting to me.
Reach, New Vegas, Civ V, everything from BioWare, Heart of the Swarm (yes, SC2 just came out and already I want the expansion) and whatever the next expansion for Dawn of War 2 is. Finger's crossed on adding Necron or Tau. Seriously though, that "April Fool's" joke expansion, if real, would have gotten a pre-order from me instantly. It added EVERYTHING I wanted to the game, dammit!

Most anticipated? The Old Republic, easy. Others I'm anticipating? Donkey Kong Country Returns, the 3DS, Metal Gear Solid Rising, Gears of War 3, Okamiden, LittleBigPlanet 2, Dead Rising 2, Halo Reach, Metroid Other M, and Duke Nukem Forever.

I've just been checking it out, and I really don't see what's so special about mafia 2, it looks way too over the top and unneccessary explosions and generally just way too flashy. When will a mafia style game dare to be as political as the godfather movies?
Frankly I'm not sure which upcoming games I'm looking forward to. MoH I guess but that's still a while off. I'm torn about Kane and Lynch 2, I'll wait for the reviews. I'm so tired of cod clones and gta clones and samey games =\ Guess I'll stick to inFAMOUS.

Maybe I just haven't watched many trailers, but weren't most of them pre-rendered, or at least not very indicative of the final product? Anyway, video games aren't meant to be a biting political commentary on it's respective time zone. Leave that to books or, better yet, the Godfather movies themselves.Nom Pretentieux said:

Yeah, but I find playing gta in the 30s unappealing. Doesn't seem like there's much of a graphical improvement from gtaIVdeadredemption either, and the gameplay mechanic looks nearly as clunky.ALuckyChance said:
Arkham City. Arkham Asylum was so fun - I played it through in full on hard again this summer, found all the riddler challenges, did everything but finish the combat rooms (they were really hard!). I have faith in Rocksteady's ability to make a fantastic sequel, and I can't wait!
I'm also looking forward to Reach and Kirby's Epic Yarn, and I still want to play Uncharted 2 (and I'm liking Infamous 2) and Dragon Age 2 looks pretty interesting.
