"Most Anticipated"? Halo Reach vs. Star Craft 2

aaah i love advertising, how media laws allow for people to say whatever they want even if the full sentence. "This in no way could be the number one movie in America" blah blah blah they cut out the beginning and BOOM free advertising quote or if a game magazine says "we predict this will be the 'most anticipated release of 2010!'" then also BOOM free advertising. While Halo is a big game name title, this years competition has led many of there former fans to go and find other games that interest them more, so i doubt it actually is, seriously while i do find halo fun im only looking forward to two game releases and Halo: Reach is not even close to making it to a third place spot.

Edit: Plus i never even heard of StarCraft until StarCraft 2 was announced here on the escapist so i wasn't excited for it.

I feel like StarCraft 2 was in fact more anticipated. I was waiting 12 years for it like everybody else, and it was totally worth it.

Halo: Reach though, could easily outsell SC2, as more people play Halo games than SC because they are simpler and easier to play. Sales, it turns out, has not as much correlation to anticipation level as one may think.
