Also Swat Kats. No lyrics, but it's almost orchestral at first followed by a quick transition to a quick guitar. I love it. The second season was more guitar/rock/metal but it's still one of my favourites.

I love the intro song (and video) for Black Lagoon. It might be in Broken English but I love the way it sounds and fits the show really well.

I also agree with the Power Rangers intro (one of them, not sure which, I hear it on AMV Hell 3), though the lyrics I could do with out, the guitars in the background always give me that 'let's go kick some ass' vibe.
