It would be a tank like vehicle with spikes on the treads and gatling guns on the wheels that fire exploding bullets.
Each gatling barrel would have blades lined on it, giving it the ability along the lines of a Cuisinart.
It could fire napalm-shrapnel grenades from behind, and long range flamethrowers from the front.
It would have a laser turret on its top with anti-tank cannons at its side. The anti-tank cannons are also lasers.
In the event of running out of ammunition, large chainsaws can be sprouted along each side of the vehicle. The chainsaws can be launched. The chainsaws are also on fire. They explode as well.
The vehicle never runs out of chainsaws.
The vehicle would be able to cross all land terrain, as well as subterranean, sea, air, and space travel. The vehicle can defy the laws of physics and gravity. It is capable of speeds greater than the speed of light. Also, it can travel through time.
