Clearly, Bob Newbie:
He has to tell everyone what the hell to do with their lives in the tutorial, he's always expected to have all the answers! Not to mention having to repeatedly unclog the toilet, thanks to his annoying wife Betty who always badgers him about getting a promotion and being a lazy slob. The same Betty who always insists they have guests over, and by the end of the evening he's cleaned up seven discarded fruitcakes; he doesn't even like their neighbours! I don't envy this man, and I couldn't walk a mile in his lower middle class shoes.

In addition to many mentioned in this thread already (Shepard, Bayonetta, Painkiller etc.) I also nominate Brick from Borderlands. This guy soaks bullets like a sponge, then uppercuts your head off while you're reloading.

Shepard. There is no enemy he/she can't best. There is no sentient creature they can't sleep with. I wonder if BioWare has even noticed how over-the-top badass they made him/her.
