Bottle of Smoke - The Pogues
The song itself isn't that strange other than the fact it was recorded towards the end of the Pogues Career when Shane Macgowyan was virtually unintelligable.
Wearing a Raincoat - They Might Be Giants
Honestly, TMBG have made a career writing odd songs but this one is a step above. It includes the lines:

And you'll need a friend to talk you down"

I don't think I can compete with those particularly well, and I can't find it anywhere to give a link, but if anyone feels like seeking out 'Since 1968' by Gruvis Malt, it's a bit odd. They're on the list of 'weird bands from Providence, Rhode Island', albeit that they're not related to the noise rock that the city is known for. Speaking of which, Arab On Radar are worth checking out.
