Black Ops shamelessly rips off Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer in every way. Graphics weren't copied though they seem shoddy, like they didn't even try, just rushed it.

Treyarch didn't even do that great of a job (when compared to Modern Warfare 2). I prefer MW2, the gameplay just seems more entertaining to me. That's just my opinion though, take it for what it is.
