Probably GTAIV. I took me about 15 hours before I got to anything good, but by then I was so goddamned fed up with it that I said "FUCK THIS!!!!!!!"

Final Fantasy VII

Incredibly boring, and I thought it would be good.

Definitely GTAIV...im sorry it just bored me to tears.
Yeah I felt like it was a JRPG not an openworld game.
Speaking of JRPG, Dot//Hack GU was terribly repetitive and Zenosaga was a great example of the dreadful qualities of a JRPG.

DEMIGOD-- but I think that has more to do with the fact that I can only run one map, on the lowest graphical settings, only for the first ten minutes (after that, all the soldiers bumf**k the framerate).

MMORPG's are a tempting choice for this thread given they are the definition of boring, but it amazes me how they've managed to take something boring and get millions of people to do it over and over again, so instead I have to go with the entire 'lifestyle genre' if you can even call it a game genre. Sims, Harvest moon, Animal crossing, games where they took things that you find boring from day to day life and made a game out of...

Hmm, this will probably piss some people off, but i'll have to say Twilight Princess...

It was just too familiar to enjoy, i paid $100 for a game that wasn't any different to all the other Zelda games. (ok, i don't want to start a fight here, so yes, i'll concede they aren't all the same: Zelda 2 had sidescrolling).

The Sims. I have not played it in many years and I doubt I will ever pick up a sims game again.
