In skyrim, i once stood outside the guard's barracks in Markarth (highest point in the city) and methodically fus-ro-dah'd them all to the ground far below. I then looted their bodies and dumped them in the river, it was clogged by their corpses.
With another character, i was being hunted for being a vampire in Riften. I fled into the thieves' guild but the guards followed me. They butchered my fellow guild members. I killed them all that night, many citizens tried to save them. They died too. I even payed the jarl a visit, i painted her court with the blood of her advisers and guards.
I'm pretty sure i've done much worse than that in fallout 3, one time i just went around rivet city with a flamethrower and killed everybody in there, one floor at a time. I was bored. Did the same thing in Tenpenny Tower, and Megaton too if i rember correctly, and Underworld, and Paradise Falls, and Oasis...
