The Seriously 2.0 acheivment is EASY! Just time consuming he asked for the most difficult not which one made you wet your pants because you forgot to go pee....

On topic I have to say Trigger Heart has an absurd achievement - complete the game on the hardest difficulty without getting any continues. That means you can die three times within the whole campaign and if you get hit once you die. Bearing in mind that its near impossible not to get hit...

i spent 3 days of my summer vaction time playing mile high club over and over until i got it, it got to the point where my hands were just going through the motions and i wasnt even really paying attention to it that much, i was that brainwashed. im proud of myself, and kind of ashamed that i wasted 3 days of my life. my regrets, it was on ps3, no trophies for that game...grrr, it was my cousins ps3, so now i gotta do it all over again.
i beat no fighting in teh war room too, all the levels actually (on veteran), but the one level i couldnt get legitimately was one shot, one kill. a glitch happened at the ferris wheel where i didnt have to put captain macmillain down, i hid, no enemies followed me, and when the helicopter came, i had to walk, and dozens of enemies were shooting at me, the entire screen was filled with red(damage), but i never died. it was weird...
