MW2; should have seen it coming with all the hype, new features and leaked early footage by people who got it early. Never again do I intend to preorder a CoD game.

Dragon age 2... I once thought Bioware wasn't capable of failure (that sonic game being somewhat arguable, but ok fo the youngsters) then I bought this fancy box of disappointment... how will I ever be able to trust again?

Crackdown 2. My only excuse was that I had pre-ordered the new 360 to replacing my ageing one and this was the only (seemingly) half-decent title in the promotion my local store was running.

How do you release the EXACT SAME GAME and have it be worse at the same time?

Brink. Impulse buy, sounded good on paper, but seriously there's like 20 smgs that are all interchangeable and a dozen assault rifles with significant differences that aren't even hinted at in the given stats :/ The visual presentation in game is a bit of a mess, with glowing outlines all over the place. The 'freedom of movement' was bullshit compared to, say, Mirror's Edge which is what I was hoping for, and the levels are your generic corridors, severely lacking in well-crafted outdoor areas. The AI is shit, but I didn't seem to be able to find other people to play with, turning the game into a boring grind.

On the flip side I have Serious Sam which, despite taking every opportunity to be as cruel and unfair as it can be had me grinning from ear to ear everytime I hit the game-over screen. Why can't there be more good-to-honest straight-forward FUN AAA games these days?!?

BulletStorm,

Game talks so much S%*# about its overly awesome kill system and it ends up being nothing more than a laundry list to be completed. Profanity was beyond the levels considered "unnecessarily excessive" They just used it as mouthwash.

But...
I will give it that *some* of the content was good. Some of the dialogue was funny so I can forgive it, but it still was my worst pre-order.

Ho-ray for gamefly no more bad pre-orders.

Command & Conquer 4: Tiberium Twilight...

Further explanation should be unnecessary. Truly it was the twilight of that series, the beginning of an endless night to cover its shame.

Final Fantasy XIII

One of my friend's actually pre-ordered and bought it for me...
I played it, and was dissapointed...as much as I love FF games (as you can no doubt tell from my name) This was ok at best.

He asked me about it and I let him borrow it to play.....by next week he brought it back to me and apologized for it. LOL

Now THAT is when I knew it was really bad XD
