One particular little gem that I can remember was called Murder-Set-Pieces, a low grade slasher someone made about a deranged German man having sex with as many woman as possible, and then chopping them up and eating the raw pieces. The acting, story, and filming were horrible, and it was close to becoming a porn film. Did i mention the preteen girls and Nazism?

Either that or an anime we watched once called Twilight of the Dark Master. That one did turn out to be porn, albeit soft core. Something about a demon going around screwing everything with boobs, and how it was actually a genetic experiment for magic power or something. The finer points of the plot were lost on me.

The inside or "L'Interieur"... Very psychotic and disturbing.

End Scene:

The end scene has a woman cutting a pregnant woman's belly with scissors, while she is awake, to extract the baby from inside and have it for herself. And surprise surprise, the evil woman is the one who took the baby. The protagonist is dead and mutilated. Psychotic french movie.

I do find psychological thrillers slightly disturbing as they show you the deep darkness of human psychology. Like the mechanic or memento.

A clockwork orange was definitely one of the strangest films I've ever seen.. The book was even more disturbing.

There are things that make your stomach turn from what you may see, you may be scared for life from what you might have seen, it may have just mad you go "WTF". Either way name the most disturbing movie you've ever seen.

My choice would have to be hands down Cannibal Holocaust. Corny name yes, but if you've ever seen this movie you know what I'm talking about

Funny Games.
That film is pretty weird, but I feel I should have been more disturbed by it then I actually was...
What's really disturbing is that the movie doesn't take itself very seriously, even though it's fucking horrible (horrible as in scary, not bad).

One movie that deeply disturbed me though I felt it shouldn't have was that one remake of that Christmas slasher flick. I think it was called Black Christmas. Something about the possibility of murder on Christmas disturbs me deeply.

Every movie I'm mentioning deserves to be on this list for a different reason so here we go.
Tetsuo the Iron Man
Eraser Head
Pink Flamingos
Nowhere
Necromantic 2, Return of the Loving Dead
I'm sure I could think of more but these really stand out in my mind.

I recently watched Let the right one in ( 'Låt den rätte komma in' is the name in it's native language, Swedish )
It's disturbing in a good way, it show how oskar grew to like eli ( oskar's the boy and eli's the vamp ) so much that he even accepted her (technically him but let's not get into that) killing people. In the end, he wasnt even disturbed by her doing so. Makes you think what love makes you do. ( There's also a subplot but again, dont wanna turn this into a wall of text... hmmm maybe i should write a review for that movie)

Oh and i highly recommend that movie. I think we all need it after the traumatizing incident that is twilight
Hey excellent choice though I would hardly call it disturbing. Best movie of the Year more like it. I tell everyone to watch this one.

Natural Born Killers. That film is the single most disturbing film I have ever watched, and I've seen some bad stuff. It's not a particuaraly gorey film, but the way the violence is shot, with fast camera movements and psychadelic colours, it's just on another level entirely. Plus, you see Tommy Lee Jones get ripped apart and put on pikes.
