Theres an article on encyclopedia dramatica that features hundreds of increasingly disturbing images of everything from dismemberment to attempted suicides. I couldnt make it all the way through but my friend prides himself with how much mind fuck he can handle.
thatsphucked.com has the most disturbing shit I've ever seen and I've seen some pretty horrific shit during my time on an ambulance.
