Seconded. As far as I can remember it's the first time I saw rape in a video game. And it was monster on monster.

Facehuggers AvP (the original) if you guys say no then go out there, buy the game, buy a few spare pairs of underwear (not white) and play the USMC campaign and then tell me they aren't.

EDIT: although now I come to think of it the whole little sister / splicer thing is downright disturbing. And some of the medical braced opponents you come across in Shalebridge Cradle.

The Spiders in Dark Messiah of Might and Magick. They sneak up on you in the Spider Temple. And the real kicker . . . they hit you once, you get poisoned, and in the entire section of spider tunnels, there's all of 3 antidotes. But something like 40 spiders. In dark tunnels . . . where you can't see them . . . crawling at you >.>

I'm gonna have to go with the majority on this one, Pyramid Head was the only video game character to really make me say 'What the f**k' out loud when i first saw him. Whoever thought him up must have some, err, 'interesting' dreams...

Never heard of Pyramid Head. I'd have to say Dark Link from OoT... that always freaked me out.

Yeah I'm also going to say that Pyramid Head is one of the most disturbing enemies ever. I mean he freaking rapes a doll, how much more disturbing can you get.

If I had to have a second choice it would be the redeads in Orcarina of Time. They walk so slow that it make them seem like actual zombies without any skin. Also if they do get you, they scream at high pitch and then rape you, and this game got a E rating so they would defintely get second place for me on most disturbing rating for an enemy.

or in tf2 the scout (with the Sandman (STUN...) or the Force -a- Nature (kickback) or the bloody infulnarable drink BOINK) its frustrating
