I had a brief conversation with author Garth Nix once. He's got quite a sense of humor.

Unbelievably envious...

Met Ken George multiple times (he's the tall black guy from the Boddington's advert where he runs through the desert). First few times I was working with him doing a video with a bunch of other people in our school. Last time he was on a ferry that we were on during a school trip to Belgium to study WWI

Also met my uncle, Jonathan Czerwik. He did the theme-tune to the British broadcast of Takeshi's Castle; was in a band called Celtus; and did a song for Bones (episode 'Man in the Mansion', song's called Tears and Laguhter...or maybe Tears of Laughter...can't remember)

All at the same reastaurant I cook in, I've fed and met the guys who played Boba Fett, Chewbacca, R2D2, and Darth Vader, Mark Hammill, Warwick Davis, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Eric, Clapton, numerous NHL teams, Wayne Gretzky, the Duchess of York, and Criss Angel. Yeah, I'm bragging a little bit, but they were all really cool, and tipped really nice. ended up drinking a couple glasses of wine with the guys from Star Wars, all really cordial and interesting guys. And Peter Mayhew(Chewbacca) has to be about the nicest, most sincere guy on the planet Earth.
Oh man, yours has to be the most jealousy-inducing for me. That's awesome.

I remain an unwashed peasant - I have met no one famous -_-

Isaac Hayes
Why hello there children! Hey chef!

Its too bad he left south park and died of pneumonia.(I think thats how you spell it)
Yeah, he was a nice guy. I didn't get to talk to him for very long, but he was very friendly. I don't know how else to describe him other than he was Isaac Hayes lol. Didn't act like Chef, but he was very laid back.
Knowing me I would have asked him to it.

Although he's not really that famous anymore, I ran into Brian "Head" Welch from Korn while I was waiting in line at a restroom. He just walked up and said "What's up, dog?" and we had a little 30-second conversation. Then he quit the band a week later. He was my favorite one in the band.

Not exactly me... or a friend... but someone in my school got to go onstage during a Kaiser Chiefs concert, and then got called up for an encore at the end. Just about everybody in my school knows that story.

I've run into Robin Williams who lives here in San Francisco on several occasions.

One of them I'll save for a story in a moment, but I'm a little busy now.
I actually ran into him in Lake Tahoe once. Does he live in SF?
He lives in the Sea Cliff area of SF IIRC. According to friends of mine, at Halloween he gives large bags of candy during Halloween.

Anyway, here I'll share.

Long story short, a while back, I was a troubled youth. I went to a small school for emotionally/mentally challenged teens located at St. Mary's Hospital, by SF's Golden Gate Park. We affectionately called it the Retard School. It was housed in a wing of the hospital campus below a mental ward (where I was housed twice) and above what used to be a morgue (Where we initiated new kids by taking them to. I am not making any of this up.)

Every once and again, we would walk to GG Park. We stopped by the Koret's Children's Playground and encountered Robin Williams spending time with his kids.

One of my classmates, was this kid by the name of Diondre. He was this really obnoxious guy who suffered from a minor bout of autism, and he offended everyone and was also offended by everyone. I think I was one of two people in our small 20-24 person school that never hit him, or got into a fight with him because of his bullshit. Picture Steve Urkel with the brains replaced by swarminess and you have him.

So Diondre marches up to Robin Williams and goes, "Yo Why'd you dress up as a woman in that movie The Birdcage and Mrs. Doubtfire. You look like a fag."

As we were apologizing for his behavior, and telling Diondre to leave Mr. Williams alone, Robin grins wryly and replies:

"Well, look at you."

We all laughed our asses off. Except for poor Diondre who was so embarassed.

Ive met alot, but the most famous (most recognized?) celebrity would probably be elvira, cause i dont think there is a dude on the planet that doesnt know who she is.

but if its anyone at all, then it would have to be Bush, hes pretty famous, yea?
