I like the idea of the "disguise" from Prototype along with the shapeshifting but can't say its my favourite since I haven't played it. My real favourite is my man Jack from Bioshock with his combo of Bee Shooting, Cyclone Creating and Setting Shit On Fire.

Well mabye if you had acctually read other peoples responses you would have noticed that the second comment already pointed that out so everyone is well aware of the DRASTIC situation although i think it can be kept under control enough so that it doesn't have to mentioned twice.
