I don't know if they're as good as the old ones, I never played them, but they're good for a chuckle nonetheless.

dante from DMC, Nathan Drake and Harry Flynn from Uncharted 2, Joker from ME2, Ghost and Gaz from CoD:MW1+2, Sean Devlin from the Saboteur was pretty good, Deadpool in MUA1+2 Sweetwater and Haggard from the Battlefield Bad Companies were great but my favourite has to be Glados from Portal.

hk-47 for sure and your squad in bad company, the first game though not the second one. They were funny in the first game but they all got too serious in the second one.
