Most guilty you've ever felt in a game?

Games these days have heavy focus on 'moral choice' and usually that choice is 'do you want to do the good thing or the bad thing?'. Sometimes this can result in some tough decisions and ultimately sometimes you can find yourself feeling bad about what you did.
(I'd like to mention Bioshock in this regard, but I can't because in every playthrough I did of that game I rescued the little sisters because I have a soul)
For me perhaps the most guilty I felt was when I had to destroy my faithful Companion Cube in Portal. I felt really bad afterwards.
That's just me though, what moment in gaming made you feel the most guilty?

EDIT: Also in Mass Effect 2 I planned on staying faithful to Ashley and was halfway through turning down Jack having already said no to Tali and Miranda.
However due to a glitch of some kind, even though I said I wasn't interested, the next time a conversation started so did the romance dialouge. Next thing I knew I had to go along with it until I got the last chance to bail out on it which made it look like Shepard had raised Jack's hopes and then smashed them. I went back to my quarters to stare longingly at Ashley's photo some more but I felt guilty because I had always genuinely felt sympathy for Jack and now when I go to talk to her she angrily yells at me.
I maintain though that this wasn't my fault and I could have said 'no thanks' the proper way but the game glitched out and wouldn't let me. So in the end, in my effort to be faithful to Ashley I made Shepard look like kind of a prick.

I've never felt any guilt by my choices, and hardly anything when I play games.

I have to agree especially when I destroyed the little blind mechanics only droid and friend for a mob boss, that made me feel pretty bad.

Good to see someone else also rescued the little sisters.

Well, that would have to be on subsequently play throughs of games like KOTOR. For some reason, after I play some of them through as a "good" character, if I go back and try to play them as an "evil" one, something in the back of my head tells me that I'm doing it wrong. Kotor, Mass Effect, NWN2... if I try to play any of them as a jerk now, I feel guilty.

In Fallout 3

Refusing to save Butches mother, then shooting him in the face

I felt like kind of a jerk then.

I love being evil in games like Kotor, Fallout and Fable. It's a great stress reliever, but I felt partcuarly horrible on one instance in Kotor. On the evil side, before you leave Ratakan to go to the star forge, you have the option of killing mission. With my uber skillz I got Zaalbar to kill her, then I just felt horrible...but in a good way, if that makes any sense.

Worst I've ever felt was getting to the 'Save Cid' section of Final Fantasy VI, deciding, "Ah screw him he wouldn't live much longer anyway," and then watching Celes try to off herself.

I felt like a total asshole. =|

Any bad thing I do in Mass Effect. I remember when one rookie wanted to join my crew and I just told him to f*ck off and he almost started to cry. I loaded my previous save to choose the good answer.

Damn you, Bioware.
