I hate the enemies that dodge leashes and kicks in Bulletstorm, so boring just to shoot them.

EXACTLY!! They hype up the "leash and kick" method, and give you all these options, and then add enemies early in the game that dodge your attempts. And these enemies persist throughout the entire game. I still managed to get all of the Skillshots, but it would have been much easier if they couldn't dodge.
You two do realize that if you put a bullet or two in their leg they couldn't dodge for like 5 seconds, right? o_O The game even tells you this once you start meeting the dodging ones...

Anyhow, my vote goes to those Goddamned Bats [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/GoddamnedBats]. ANY enemy that fit into this trope is most likely gonna annoy the hell outta me.

anything that uses an awesome weapon that for some reason seems to disintegrate the second it dies, case in point hunters in halo and energy sword elites in halo1.
THIS. Worst example I can think of is guys with the Lightning gun in Killzone 3. Such a dick move by the developers. They left the most awesome gun from Killzone 2 out of the game, and decided to give it to enemies anyway.

Probably Tom Nook from Animal Crossing, He seemed pretty damn evil in the way he prices stuff and he was just overall a total shit

Kleer skeletons from the Serious Sam series.

STOP POUNCING ONTO MY FACE!

These enemies are the reason I love the Double-Barreled shotgun so much.

I'm going to go ahead and say those bulky fuckers from Mass Effect 2, you know, the ones who took so much damage they were like sponges and you had water pistols? The ones who had both an insanely powerful melee attack, as well is the insanely powerful primary attack (which ignores any sort of cover, and thus defeats the whole point)?

They were the reason it took me so long to complete that game. Not even the final boss killed me as much as those things did, they actually made me rage quit at one point.

Real Madrid.

Cheapest thing you'll ever come up against.

Serious, non-Fifa answer: Malboros in Final Fantasy VIII. Hit reset. Start again.
Have to agree completely made me laugh reading this; 5mins from a cup victory and a shot from outside the box to end it all in a rage quit.

Just gonna throw in that legendaries that lol @ 50 Ultra Balls, but get caught by 1 Pokeball, baffle and frustrate the fuck out of me.
lol funny thing is, that first time I caught Groudon in Soul Silver, I caught him first time with an Ultra Ball. I was super stocked up on full restores and ultra balls, prepared for an infuriating fight. The best part is, that my girlfriend, who had spent an entire afternoon catching Kyogre in Heart Gold used just about all of her ultra balls on it before she caught it.

Those things in Torchlight- you know, near the end, the ones that in the latest patch do something like 500% their normal damage? Maybe the Destroyer can take them on just fine, but my Vanquisher has about a 50-50 chance of surviving a fight with any one of them, and they are fairly common, too.

Demoman from TF2.

I don't care if he's controlled by a human player, they're pissing annoying.

Herp-a-herple derp flurp, spamming grenades over this hill is credit to team.
