Campers who constanly go back to the same corner they died in.

I think the situation goes like this.

I kill camper, and walk of to search the rest of the map, to kill others.

I then end back up in that area again to find the exact same camper in the exact same corner.

Repeat this process 10 times to see how stupid of a tatic it is.

(Mods please don't take offense to this word, am just using it to anwser the thread)

In Battlefield Bad Company. I usually don't use the helicopter, but the most annoying thing in the world is when a game starts and you spawn close to the chopper so you decide to use it, only to be shot about twenty times in the back by your teammates, and then they continue to shoot the helicopter so that by the time you get away your at half health, and your helicopter is at half health, and since you normally don't use the helicopter you spawned as a class other than support and can't repair it.

I just hate it when someone runs off for half the match to just fool around, then whine about us being too good and killing him too many times.

Had that once in a Halo 3 ranked match. It was me and my one friend versus 5 others. We won(fortunately) 50-49.

I'm going to gripe on Halo 3 and say its spawn points on some maps. Rat's Nest is probably the easiest one to pick on. It's a decent sized map yet some how the game seems to find ways to spawn me right in front of an oncoming Warthog and I am either killed before I can move and get out of the way or splattered within the first second or two. It's an unfair disadvantage and in a close game it could seriously tip the scales in the other teams' favour. With that, when you are a person that cares about your own personal plus minus it sucks.

Actually, since most of us have brought up the whole annoyance of spawn-camping, I minus well join in and share two stories involving spawn campers:

During my earlier weeks of Xbox live, I had a 1v1 against a player who, as a result of flipping off both the kill-cam and respawn-immunity, had the unfair advantage of being able to kill me right as I spawned, over, and over, and over, and over again. After requesting him to turn both features back on multiple times, he rage-quitted.

A long while back, I was having yet another one-on-one sniper match with an obnoxious individual who often spawn-killed me. Not only was was he aggressive and cheap, but whenever I respawned and killed him(A few times), he complained and called me a "Spawn-killer". In the end, he won, with about 45% of kills via cheap tactics, 15% legitimately earned kills, and the remaining 35% being from a third person in the match but AFK.

What are all those little things in games that happen that just make you go "argh! The fuck?!"

For me it has to be in 2142 when a player mashes the Crouch button, while still perfectly aiming at you and killing you.
I hate this tactic because 1) It messes up the person you're shooting at's hitbox and 2) because it's just a stupid thing to do:
Dickweed92: "woo, look at me, I got 52 kills and 6 deaths"
Me: "Yes, but you kept crouching to exploit a glitch"
Dickweed92: "Your only saying that cos I did better then you"
Me: "YOU CHEATED FFS!!!!!"

So, you have something that really annoys you in games?
It could be a "noob tactic" (it is, if you look at it), just something everyone does in a game that really pisses you off, the random killing of an NPC in a storyline, or something along the lines of "invisible walls" etc.

Camping, easily. I never do it, and I hate people who do.
(It's acceptable in Left4Dead).

While normal[non spawn] camping is a tad annoying, This is war..Snipers are just that they lay there and are meant to defend a area

Saying this is a war so you can use matyrdom and last stand, but saying snipers cant ..do what snipers are meant to do is just a little one sided]
