Camping. Spamming grenades. Martyrdom. Glitching.

Of course, I seem to only run into these problems in COD4.
Never play WAW, then.

Also, Tanks in WAW. Fuck realism, tanks were a dumbass decision.

I hate those bloody morons that abuse their mics.

I get it. You're an adolescent for whom "fuck" happens to be the word of the day. Piss off.

Bitching about valid strategies makes you a scrub. Yes, it does.

If it's an exploit, sure, by all means, notify the devs. But, if it's something like OP's problem: tough luck, learn to aim.

I get really annoyed when dumb-asses or just simply newer, less experienced players on Halo 3 kill me only because I'm lagging my brains out... Not to mention spikes too.

Also, I don't get really annoyed by most tactics, such as camping. Unless they are exploiting or just simple and pathetic, then I get annoyed.

I hate any kind of spamming, or camping. I wish you could get a mod that would automatically kill anyone who didn't move after around 1 minute.
I have seen such a program before in CSS but sad to say it was in a zombie mod for the game which is camping to the max.

I hate hacker/glitcher < its awesome if you feel you need to cheat to win but do it somewhere else, and spawn campers < thanks for showing me that inside the TF2 spawn room there really is a lot to do, like ... sit and wait, watch paint dry, open the door and close it again (repeat last one 80 million times)

Driving intentionally 2nd place after a computer AI for 90% of the race so that the computer thinks you are slow and won't cheat.

Mario Kart, Need For Speed etc.

Gran Turisomo doesn't do that though

The fucking idiot who always sits 10 minutes at the machine gun and spams bullets, until someone has the chance to snipe him.
That's especially bad on a team with no snipers.

Yeah, tanks and dogs were a real pain in WaW. That's the reason I went back to 4.

On xbox live for call of duty 2, it was pretty much agreed that you don't use the two broken weapons, the snipers (semi auto instakills) and the noobcannon (shotgun). Once in a while though, you would one into one person who thought they were awesome just because of that weapon.

In Battlefield Bad Company. I usually don't use the helicopter, but the most annoying thing in the world is when a game starts and you spawn close to the chopper so you decide to use it, only to be shot about twenty times in the back by your teammates, and then they continue to shoot the helicopter so that by the time you get away your at half health, and your helicopter is at half health, and since you normally don't use the helicopter you spawned as a class other than support and can't repair it.
This. Oh so much this.

Oh, and hello fellow Dev enthusiast :p

In CoD4 and CodWaW, everyone thinking they're better than you because you don't have stopping power. Halo 3 spawn point camping and bunny hopping are extremely irritating, especially in a snipers match.

A few weeks ago I went over to another persons house to play Halo 3, he would be the party leader and if someone else would get a weapon that he wanted (shotgun, sniper rifle) he would try to kill that person, he would get killed and boot them off the match. It was pathetic to watch, he also did alot of camping and teabagging which made him annoying.

when i play a fighting game with my brother, he does the "repeated quick attack" strategy that you get stuck in unless you react fast enough. upsetting and n00bish strategy. he's only 6, so such a strategy is expected.

Plug Pulling
Using lag switches
Spamming
Pray and Spray
Trash Talk (tbh, it's amusing most of the time. Just gets annoying when they use "underhanded" tatics)

One move spammed over and over again in a fighting game.
King had a dick move in Tekken where he got down low and did multiple kicks that stunned the other competitor long enough for him to execute the move again. Anyone could win every fight by just doing that over and over again.

Griefing in MMOs can be pretty bad. I've had people do enemy trains to kill a tank, which is dickish because it just kills the really low-level characters. I've also been kai-choked in Iron Realms from players on the other side of the map, but I guess that's just what I got for being a high level.
