Most hated weapon in a game

The fact that you just said halo and playing in one sentence made me lose all faith in you..

And the fact that you're trolling for such a stupid reason makes me lose faith in-oh wait, didn't have any faith for someone else on the internet to begin with right?

For me, I'm not sure what weapon is it, but I have gotten killed by a rapid-fire automatic shotgun in MW 2 too many times and I FUCKING hate it. Can anyone tell me which shotgun is so cheap and retarded that it can fire rapidly and kill you with no skill? Is it the Akimbo 1887's or some other shotgun? Whichever one it is I'd like seriously like to wipe it out of existence.

Mass Effect 2's Avalanche heavy weapon. It is, quite literally, Dr. Freeze's freeze ray and cyro rounds can be leveled up and used in its place a lot more effectively. That way, you can keep the Cain equipped and build up ammo to launch nukes.

The Conduit-SMAW-Rocket Launchers are overpowered but this one has a huge blast radius
Halo Series-Needler-Fun weapon to use,but it's very easy to kill someone with it
Modern Warfare 2-Knife-Fun to kill someone with it, but they can do the same

The Conduit-Usp pistol-Reminds me of the Halo pistol without the scope. So powerful and has a good range. I just wish I was better at it.
Modern Warfare 2-Model 1887-A musket gun with awesome range and power. The dual wielders pissed me off that I won't use it.
Halo 3-Spartan Laser-I got 3 kills with this weapon once and I thought I was unstoppable. Then I stopped playing for a while and picked it up only to see how bad I am with it

The Conduit-MP5KA4-That gun is ridiculously weak.
Halo 2-The Magnum-Crappy range and power.
Modern Warfare 2-Assault rifles that you use. Don't tell me you got killed by someone you shot a lot of bullets only to see the killcam(if you play that mode) and see your bullets "Missing him" and he shoots you with 2-4 bullets.

It does happen a lot to me that, shooting the shit out of a guy with an assault rifle and then being killed with ease. Tis just the games shitty hit-detection system, or lag, or both. Does my head in.

A weapon I used to hate, till they fixed it is the Javelin on Modern Warfare 2, you'd get some extreme arseholes running around with it equipped in such a way where if you killed them, the Javelin would explode and most likely kill you along with it, what the hell?

I do have this theory that the people that make Call of Duty are the same sort of people you just hate to play against online: campers, people that use akimbo & fmj 87s, m203 whores etc. and that they actually cater the game for like-minded people...

...just a theory heh.

Tis a bit ridiculous tho... it fires like a 14mm round, all that would be left of the poor chump you hit with it, if u managed to hit a man with it that is. Would probably be the poor bastards boots.

Which IS usually all that is left after you hit somebody with it. I remember once I lost both legs and an arm to that thing.

My most hated weapon is probably the knife. (unless it's in Hitman) Firstly, the knife hasn't been considered an actual weapon in open warfare since before WWI with the exception of the bayonet, which is really used more like a spear. Sure, the armed forces teaches people how to use a knife in close-combat but when was the last time you heard about allied forces coming under heavy knifing? Never. Unless your playing MW or Battlefield.

The knife is incredibly inefficient especially if your enemy is wearing body armor, which they usually are in modern conflict, body armor that was especially designed to defend against knives and bullets; it would take 2-5 good hits with a knife to incapacitate somebody unless your incredibly lucky or have the element of surprise.

I'm not even that annoyed when somebody knifes me when I'm behind cover or using a mounted machine gun or something because I had it coming, I knew the risks full well.

What annoys me the most though is when I'm under fire from a heavy machine gun while reloading, and I see my teammate with a perfectly good assault rifle right behind him flailing ineptly with a knife unable to kill him before he makes me into dog food. This happens about twice a game to me; it's become so "king shit" to get a knife kill that you'll forgo the most obvious choice to get one, at my expense, thanks jackass. Which is why I never use the knife unless all my weapons are empty and I have no other choice.

The un-updated Sticky Launcher from the 360 version of Team Fortress 2 - huge ammo count, no damage nerf, can't be destroyed.

An absolute pain in the hole if you're playing as a Heavy. Crit Stickies are designed to make people rage.

OK, which one are we talking about, the Sticky Launcher or Grenade Launcher, they are two different things.

I personally despise anyone who uses the Scout sniper rifle in CS:S by choice OVER the AWP when they can afford it. Your not pro, your not cool, and your going to look really awesome when you get a chest shot and die because you were too pr0 to buy the AWP.

The Sticky Launcher. It should be apparent, what with me saying "Sticky Launcher" in the OP.

My mistake, I was almost 100% sure you said grenade launcher in the beginning of your post.

The battle rifle from Halo. I get that it's supposed to be good but the 3 shot burst limit seems like it's a waste of time. To me it feels like a weapon that can't decide whether it wants to be like a shotgun or like a machine gun so it chooses a weird middle ground that gets me killed more often than not when up against hordes of enemies.

Dependent on if you mean by a cheapness stand point or a crappiness standpoint

for cheapness it's a tie between dual 1887s and the MP40

for crappniness the Halo 3 human pistol hands down. No other weapon is so shitty. Even the halo 2 pistol was better!

The pistol's in MW2 and MW1. Also the shotguns...all of them. The pistol's feel like pea shooters and are so damn narrow and then the desert eagle seems like a chode. They failed at that. Anyways we all know why I hate the shotguns.
