I hate to admit this, but I once killed my entire team. In CoD4, I had just killed basically the entire other team and I went to airstrike them just as they respawned. However, my team was rapidly advancing and by the time the strike arrived the other them had left and my team had run in. I don't use a mic, so I couldn't warn them and they weren't there at launch, so they weren't warned by the system. Everyone died, everyone.
that was you ? thanks for admitting to that now i know whom to get next time lol

For me it was being behind an enemy's back, not realizing that he/she wasn't on our team. Then that person turned over, stared at me for a brief moment and killed me...

Killed by your own grenade is always priceless, as is getting run over by a sliding vehicle or falling off something that wouldn't have killed you in real life, simply because you had low health.

But for me the cake goes to an unforgettable moment in Battlfield 2. Strike at Karkland. I was a medic, with medpack equipped, healing my damaged squad. We then ran round the corner of a building only to be met by an opposing squad. Medpack still equipped, I paniced and left-clicked. I threw them my medpack at them, they returned with some bullets. My only regret is not seeing it through the eyes of the guy who killed me - I'd have been pissing myself.

When I'm there spying away in TF2 I stab someone who is standing still several times in the back, for some retarded reason they all register as frontal stabs doing virtually 0 damage. said enemy turns around and just 1 shots me with a crit and turns back and goes about their business virtually unharmed when they should have died several times.

people complain about facestabs registering as backstabs which I agree does happen, but much more often for me my backstabs don't register so these people have no right to complain about spy facestabs.

okay maybe more of a rage thing than embarrassment.

Halo 3:

I've stuck myself with my own plasma grenade once or twice. Boy, does that make you feel stupid.

Also, I've (on occasion) shot a rocket into the wall next to me. Accidentally.

Not to mention that time I forgot what team I was on. I was really tired and didn't bother checking, so I just 'naded everything that moved. Was not popular. (Though ended up with the highest kill count!)

Well... I was playing TF2, as a medic and I proceeded to heal a guy... who turned out to be a spy, who completely wiped the whole team.

It was one of those days...
I did the exact same thing sadly.

Well, this one time I was playing halo.
*sex is bad, bad is sin, sin is forgiven so sex is in*
I was driving my goose in infection. We were playing some sort of racetrack map some really talented guy edited. Anyway, i see a zombie and decide to kill him. He was standing in front of a whole bunch of grav lifts. i charge right at him and leap off at the last possible second to deliver a fatal blow with my battle rifle. The resounding thud confirmed what my eyes had seen. My mongoose had been flung off the grav lifts right back me, just before the zombie turned around to see my dead body that wasnt there a second ago. He was probably confused or paranoid the rest of the game.

Just taking part in an FPS is embarassing for me...
Quite possibly the worst player ever...
Though my redemtion comes from once a week having an EPIC round on CSS and single-handedly wiping out the enemy team with the M60 machine gun. All Rambo Stylee!!!
Or repeatedly head shoting the one player who has to start being a dick because I'm crap... I love annoying those a**holes...
But, yeah... takeing part is embarassment enough for me, but it is what counts, supposedly...

When I first played Battlefield 2, I thought the Blue guys were my team and the green guys the enemies, where, in reality, green guys are squadmates and reds are enemies. You can guess how that ended up.

not as bad as the time in oblivion, I held up a certain sword(umbra) to block a very powerful arrow from shoving itself between my ribs. I had been using umbra until some deuch a.i. disarmed me. The arrow was blocked but before i could take umbra into my inventory it disappeared from my sight. just vanished. about a half a second later the guy who had previously disarmed me and had previously been weaponless now had the most powerful sword in the game. I had no armor on and no other weapons. thank god i was a master of hand to hand combat.

Playing Halo 2 online at a friend's house. I was in the tank, and my friend was in the Warthog, obviously a considerable distance ahead of me. I fired the main cannon in the general direction of the enemy, and the Warthog exploded. My friend just looked stunned and asked "What the hell was that?" I tried to look innocent and failed. He caught on fairly quickly.

Walked up on a guy who was sniping, I got in close for a 100% headshot (COD4, I want the camos), just as I raise my gun to ping him in the head, one of his friends respawns behind me and guns me down.

I was sad panda

Humiliating for someone else:-
Halo 3 - Me and a friend started sniping from a mongoose, he drove, I shot, Ill let these pictures do the talking.

I believe all of those counted as headshots.

Also, Timesplitters Future Perfect (PS2 - Online) - Me and another friend stuck remote demo charges on each other and snuck up on members of the other team, blowing them up when we were in insta kill range.

Humiliating for me:-
CoD4 - Running into your own air strike
Halo 3 - Being stuck by your own Plasma grenade
R6V (Terrorist Hunt) - Spas 12'ing my team mate becuase he dressed like a terrorist.
