That's brilliant, though very wrong. I wonder how long it would take before the family members actually killed you if you tried it.liljabba said:rickrolling the funeral would also be perfect
Put it into your last will and testament then they have to play it.Xyliss said:That's brilliant, though very wrong. I wonder how long it would take before the family members actually killed you if you tried it.liljabba said:rickrolling the funeral would also be perfect
However you want to interpret it, I've never considered (nor seen anyone else consider) the song even slightly offensive to religious beliefs, and as far as some quick research can support, at least 2 of the members of the band at the time are rather devout religious fellows, (one of them actually being a priest more recently)Kapol said:Well, Dust In The Wind seems to me to be a song about how there's nothing after death, so for a religious person/family, it would sort of be like "You're loved one is dead and doesn't exist anymore." Sort of like saying that they're wrong and there's nothing after death to the family of someone who just died would be in bad taste.Jadak said:Kapol said:Dust in The Wind, unless they're an atheist. Errr... Isn't Dust in The Wind perfectly appropriate?
Then again, I haven't heard the song in a while, so meh.
