No, really. Think about it.
It'd depress everyone in the room even more, amazingly enough.

Also, you get a slow clap from me if you understand the other reason I posted that particular song.
Wow... That's an awesome singer. Nice find.

I was hoping for a link to Ring Of Fire in the related videos column, but then I saw Streets of Laredo there and thought it actually would be either appropriate or utterly inappropriate.

...

Then it hit me: all these songs, funny, irreverent, tear-jerking or whatever, are appropriate. They may be in bad taste, but they're appropriate.

I'm debating whether or not i want Monty Norman's Bond theme played during my funeral. I'm going to be cremated... and the guests might start to think that i'm going to escape the coffin before it enters the furnace.

Inappropriate partially because they're already dead, chronological wrongness!

If it was one of my friends they would come back from the grave to dance with me to this. (EPIC Big Lipped Alligator Moment)

Then they would drag me to hell. / Go on zombie rampage.

Monty Python's "Look on the Bright Side of Life" especially on the line "You've got to look on the bright side of death." True Story: I heard that song on the radio as I was driving to my grandmother's funeral. Actually, I don't think I would mind it being played at my funeral.

Well if your Scott Peterson, Murderdolls "Die My Bride" is pretty inappropriate.

"Well I'd Rather cut you up than the wedding cake
and your bloody guts one my rented tux
and I Do I Do I Do wanna kill you
'Till Death do us Part
I'll Tear us Apart.."
