Detox by Strapping Young Lad destroyed my hearing on my 18th birthday, SYL where supporting Arch Enemy live.
I remember the chorus blazing to life and my ears feeling like someone had whacked a hammer on them.

Pandemonic Hyperblast by Anaal Nathrakh is also a good heavy track.
