Most Lethal Robot Master

So I just watched the new trailer for Mega Man 10. No big surprises except how easy Easy Mode looks. It got me thinking back over the dozens of Robot Masters we've conquered in generations of previous games, and how impossible all of them seemed at first glance. Who would you say is the single most difficult Robot Master you've fought in a Mega Man game? Trolls need not apply.

For me that award goes to Freeze Man; he simply gives you too much to deal with at once, impossible for me to beat without his weakness or an E-Tank.

Oh, and inb4 someone says that they can't beat Air Man (though he is a pretty tough one on average).

I always thought Astro Man from MM8 was pretty tough. His attacks are fairly difficult to avoid (especially Astro Crush), and while using the weapon he's weak against (Homing Sniper) does make the battle go faster, it doesn't really make it any easier.

You'd expect someone whose dialogue indicates him to be a massive coward would be easy once you tracked him down, but instead he gets a powerful 'screen crash' attack like Toad Man's Rain Flush, but harder to interrupt.

Do Bass/Forte count as a robot master? He's pretty hardcore.
