Vaan. He spends the whole game bitching about everything, and he's totally a pathetically bad rip-off of Guybrush Threepwood. "I wanna be a sky pirate!"
Their is a reason why they never let Link talk during his games....mainly the line "WELL EXCUUUUUSE ME PRINCESS!"

Children with speaking parts in pretty much every movie, game, TV show or other ever. It takes a very talented writer to give a child a speaking part without making the thing sound like an obnoxious little prat that the average viewer just wants to uppercut through a wall. Sadly, the efforts of these few talented writers are usually given to naturally obnoxious children.

It's a tie between Moira Brown from Fallout 3 and every voice actor in Wolfenstein.
