Any army above "easy" difficulty in an RTS game.

I want to build an army! Stop sending wave after wave to attack me!
Of course, once you have withstood their waves, their base is defenceless....
yes i find that. even when i have put it on "defensive" or "slow" i still get a trickle of bad guys come and wreck my shit. its also bad when there are more than 2 teams but all the other teams will ignore each other and just hit you

this is very bad in supcom(1+FA) where there is literary a stream of enemies, and putting it on "defensive" or "tech" will only slow the stream. but then you get hit buy +3*super units later in.

Every enemy in Morrowind: The Elder Scrolls when you're just a teensy bit infamous.
They hurl "S'wit" at you all the time.
Even when you're burying swords, daggers, arrows and throwing knives in their shoulders.

And the Cliff Racers... Oh the Cliff Racers...

That Disco Guy from Alpha Protocol, I can't remember his name, but in that coke rush he raped my endurance. Plus he keep getting guys to come in when he got tired, the only perfect time to kill him, and they got annoying.

Bears from RDR, go hunting for some beavers, and there's always 10 feet behind you. One knocked me off a cliff into a river killing me when i was... skinning a beaver (sex joke).

Any enemy that is swarming, or the kind of enemy that is very powerful and knocks your character down for a time, then when your character finally gets up the beast knocks him down again before he can get up. Rinse, repeat, die, rage.

Jockeys From the Left 4 Dead Series.
I can't seem to kill them for anything in the world, and it seems that when ever I hear one manically laughing in the distance and I proceed to announce that there is a jockey in the area it instantly locates me and proceeds to rape my face.

The Crossbow Borgia guards in AC Brotherhood, if you get spotted they fucking come over to you and dysyncronize your ass during a mission where you can't get caught. Now I understand that if a guard sees something should they investigate it of course they should but damn is it ever annoying... -.-

Fucking ghosts in Silent Hill 4. Hey, let's make an enemy that's invincible and can fly through walls! Awesome!

And Marlboros from most of the FF games. Only thing in those games that just scared me shitless.

Cazadors (Fallout New Vegas).
That.

And I'd like to add Dr. Salvador (the RE4 chainsaw guy), motherfucking exploding slugs in the mandatory 'escort the vehicle' section in Vanquish (with a special mention to the malfunctioning, kamikaze, instakill robots, which can be ANY OF THEM), almost every boss fight in the original Dead Rising and of course, Krauser from RE4 too.

Aaah, Krauser. You love cutscenes, do you?

For me, it's a tie between Harpies or Venture Company mobs in World of Warcraft (Vanilla). The harpies have an annoying screech noise they make while they're attacking/being attacked. But what makes them both piss me off so much is how quick they are to flee and get help from nearby mobs. Damn little Venture bastards seemed to run at breakneck speeds sometimes.

LOTR the 3rd age, the whole Helm's Deep level, where it just spams battles at u with no chance to save ur game in between. so frustrating to fend off countless waves of uruk-hai in one battle, only to be instantly forced into another as soon as its don, against trolls. grrr

I haven't really played much of the game, and have only faced something like 10 of them, but Snorks in STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl.

They move around a lot, meaning headshots are really difficult. My knife seems to be imaginary when they're around, so I can't stab them even if they're clearly within range. And unless you're hitting their heads, they absorb an ungodly amount of ammo.
