#3: Lu Bu's Square Square Triangle (Dynasty Warriors 4) This is not a "might" kill you. This is a "will" kill you. Lift you up, and chop off all your life. And it's unblockable.

That's pretty much Lu Bu in any Dynasty Warriors game, but yeah, that one does deserve special mention.

The Fallout 3 Experimental MIRV comes to mind. It's a gun that lanches 8 nukes simultainiously at your target. You're usualy lucky to survive the blast yourself.

I feel that it is acceptably powered due to the extreme rarity of the ammo.

That would be Armageddon. Kills everyone on the planet except the caster and the Big LB himself.

I think you might be thinking Karthus there. Morde's ult does barely 500 damage.

Though Veigar can one-shot squishy characters if he's farmed enough.

Pure AP Morde can hit up to 80% of the opponents health with his ult, it is really op actually.

As for my actual answer... Well from a purely how the hell level of overpowered I'de have to go with the spell that destroys the known universe 3 times a turn if your lucky. Meteor from FF 7. Blows up the solar system how many times in a turn? with a close follow up being asagi's attacks from Soul Nomad where she destroys the world and forces the player to start over again and the entire character of Faust who breaks reality for a few seconds to answer his front door.

Not at all easy to get , but once you do, ooh boooy.

Especially if your persona has that ability that completely replenishes your HP and MP after every battle. You basically just win the game at that point. [small](dammit, I just lost the game...)[/small]

2. Use any rocket
3. Insta-kill

I think it gets the most overpowered when you beat a good and evil playthrough so you can use it with the rocket that instantly freezes any enemy caught in its blast radius.
