Wolverine. How good is his healing factor now?

(though she's not a hero) Scarlett Witch. She can alter reality on a whim with her mind. 'nuff said.

His healing factor's not as good as Jean Grey/Phoenix, seeing as she dies and comes back to life so often it's like she's got a spawn point.

I'm pretty sure wolverine survived a nuke or somethign and regenerated from a single cell or something like that so I'd say they're fairly on par.
