Most overpowered Pokemon.

I was just reading two seperate threads, the one about melee being overpowered, and the one about your most used Pokemon, so I thought why not combine the two to get a wholly different thread going?

So Escapsits, what's the most overpowered Pokemon?
Two categories here:
1: Most overpowered battle Pokemon.
2: Most useful Pokemon outside of battle.

Isn't Arceus supposed to be the Pokemon incarnate of God? Yeah, i'm pretty sure he's gotta be the most overpowered... (last game i played was diamond, so i have no idea about blackwhite pokemans)

Really? I've got a Garchomp in Diamond atm at about lv.67 and it's fairly iffy.
