I would probably say the "Simple Gifts". Sure, it's probably derived from something European, but that's an important part of our history.

Also, it lacks most of the unfortunate implications of other patriotic songs.

This is assuming "Most patriotic song" means "nice folk music" and not "biggest most chest pumping song".

Rule Britannia or Jerusalem I think. I don't like Jerusalem because of its undertones but people seem to sing it a lot at some sports games (Cricket/Rugby).
