Most played game on Steam?

1st: TF2, 244 hours, had it for about a year and a month
2nd: Fallout 3 with 94 hours, including all expansions and 2 mods
3nd: Saints Row 2 at 84 hours, played through two and a half times (1st was stock SR2, 2nd was with the GotR 1.7 mod, 1/2 was with a friend on co-op)

Most played: Fallout 3: 89 hours, but I can't play it anymore since I switched to a laptop (got the PS3 version though)

Least played: Silent Hill Homecoming, at a whopping 2 minutes, before it crashed and never started again. Fucking Konami...

just got a gaming comp recently and have played tf2 and l4d2 more hrs on xbox/ friends comps

and my least is battlefield bad company 2 because that game is terrible and a waste of money

340 hours in Team Fortress 2 would have to be my most played.
As for least played, not counting the games that I bought but haven't touched, it would have to be Lead and Gold - Gangs of the Wild West (.2 hours). Not a bad game, I just haven't had the time to really play it.

Least (that I've actually played): Secrets of Monkey Island: Special Edition at 9 minutes.
I had a very low attention span that day...

Normally I don't play steam games so that's why it's so low.

Team Fortress 2 with 1869 hours, then Counter-Strike Source with 620 hours. I also played Fallout 3 Non-STEAM for about 1000 hours.

Counter-Strike: Source, clocked at 150 hours. And I didn't even play the shooting part that much.

Modern Warfare 2 is second with 102 hours (52 for singleplayer and coop, 50 for multiplayer).

Garry's Mod is third with 67 hours.

Half life 2 Deathmatch comes last at 7 hours but my most is COD:MW2 Multiplayer clocking in 280 hrs.
