what game have you played from beginning to end the most? how many and why?

for me, its probly dragon age origins or maybe mass effect 2. so many choices and so many possiblities. i lost count.

Same here. Maybe KotOR. An honourable mention is Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines ($5 on Steam this weekend) because I've played it at least 10 times but I've never finished it because of a part that I just can't fucking finish.

Great characters, good voice acting and dialogue, interesting ways of looking at things. Just great games.

Although I haven't played them that many times, it's probably my most played series. I've played through both 4 times and am working on a 5th ME1 runthrough.

The only other game that might come close would either be Timesplitters: Future Perfect or Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, it was the first GTA game I owned and I played the storyline to death. I've memorized most of the dialogue in the game and I cannot count the amount of playthrough's I've done but it has to be more than 20.

To be honest its Final Fantasy VII, been playing that since its release 13 years ago or so, so thats a lot of playthroughs for me.

I'm not going to say the old Sonic the hedgehog series or NES Mario games, because to be honest no one keeps count on how many times they play them.

Threads of Fate for the PSone There were two main characters with their own stories. Combined I probably beat the game 6-10 times. I kept coming back for the hilarious Dialogue in Mint's story and just to upgrade my stats further.

Probably Medal of Honour: Allied Assault and Spearhead expansion as close second.

Probably over 20 times all the way through, and some parts possibly over 50 times. Loved that game.

Plus a long time doing every vr mission

Saints Row series as a whole? Not sure. If we're counting sports titles I buy one every other year unless nothing changes (still sitting on Madden 10 and MLB 09 because if you buy older sports titles they're dirt cheap) and I play franchise and career mode so many times that it's impossible to count.

I think, Kingdom Hearts 2, about 7 times. Only one of those i really got anywhere near 100% though.

It's probably Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction, Dynasty Warriors 4, Fallout: New Vegas or Destroy All Humans!

I almost never play through a game twice. Infamous is the only exception, and that was because I changed my gamer tag and wanted to have it carry over to Infamous 2.

I've got too many unplayed games as it is.

Fable: Lost Chapters around 15 times at this point and KOTOR2 going on for 19.
The first one because I've pretty much memorised the game, and it's nice every so often just to run through it stomping on eveyrone and everything. The second, because most of it's plot relies on having a good standing with your side characters. It needs multiple play throughs just to work out how to get a minor addition to what's going on. That and I love both the games. Nothing else since has realy given me any feeling of replay value.

i play it once or twice every year

i just love the story...

and even though i love more Majoras Mask, i cant always finish it because i always miss one or two masks, and its quite tiresome to get them
