I hate to be one of those people, but why would changing your gamer tag affect inFamous?
No worries. It is weird...

I completed Infamous. Then I decided I wanted to change my account name. Unfortunately, you can't edit the name of your PSN account, so I added a new, second account with the name I wanted. Fine so far.

Looking ahead, however, I suspected that my PS3 had no way of knowing the same person was using both accounts, so in order to get the trophies and saved data, I had to replay Infamous 1 from scratch. Since I enjoyed the game the first time through, this wasn't a big deal.

Probably FFVII. It's been out for nearly fifteen years so, yeah, I've had the most opportunities to replay it, and it's familiar and comfortable and exactly the sort of thing I can just curl up on the couch relax with, like a loyal old retriever bringing me my slippers.

I can't tell you how many times I've played it from start to finish. But, put it this way, I've beaten it at least three times since I got it off PSN, which was around the end of last year, IIRC. So if I've beaten it three times in about six months, that should tell you I've played it plenty of times since it first came out.

I played through GTA 4 a very unhealthy number of times D:

Other than that, Mass Effect 1&2 as well as Fallout 3.

Well some of you people are insane :) I could mention I have beaten street fighter 2 many hundreds of times but I feel that would be cheating so ill go with FFVII, finished it 9 times so far hopefully with many more to come.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, it was the first GTA game I owned and I played the storyline to death. I've memorized most of the dialogue in the game and I cannot count the amount of playthrough's I've done but it has to be more than 20.
Exactly the same for me. I think it was the first game that I actually went out of my way to achieve 100% completion, for no other reason except that I wanted to feel like I had finished the game head-to-toe and had accomplished everything it had to offer. I was under no obligation, I just wanted to. I really miss that game.

I couldn't even hazard a guess how many times I have conquered the worlds in Master of Magic. I think there might be a couple of starting book combinations I haven't tried.

The obvious choice would be Mass Effect 1/2 and maybe Fallout 3/NV. They have obvious reasoning, being great expansive worlds, impressive story-line, and a great amount of choice.

However, I would say The Sims. No matter how many times I drop it, I still come back when bored. That game is practically a blank piece of paper giving you the tools to draw whatever. I enjoy that, being able to do anything within a game.

Mass Effect 1 with five playthroughs. I don't know what it is about that game that hooked me, but I just wanted to play it again as a renegade. Then after that, I tried playing it a third time as a female, just to see what the differences were. Then after a few months, I felt like playing it again and finishing off the achievements, so I played it two more times.

Thus far, I've only played through Mass Effect 2 twice. I'll still play it a third time as my female Shepard for sure, probably just before Mass Effect 3 comes out so that the story of 2 is fresh in my head.

Oh, and Fallout 3. I played through it 3 times. Once as "myself", where I just make decisions based on how I think I'd do it in real life. Those always end up being "paragon" or "good karma" runs. I guess I'm not a very good bad guy. Then again as a bad guy, and then once more as a female character. Aside from the Black Widow perk, there wasn't much difference playing as a female in that game either....

Other than that, I think the only game I've completed more than once is Saints Row 2. Once alone, once with a friend, and once with my brother.

Resident Evil 4. Even though it's pretty much the same thing the second or 6th time through I just found it still fun.

Strider, for the Mega Drive. One of the greatest platformers ever. I must have played through it a hundred times or so. Of course, it helps that it can be beat in 20 minutes (and a serious, glitch-exploiting speedrun can be done in half that time [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usTJiJ8eqgY]).
