Slayer from Guilty Gear. Aside from being a vampire named after a death metal band, he is so powerful that he doesn't even try to kick the shit out of his opponents, its just that they pale in comparison. He just toys around when most of his attackers are fighting there hardest. His playful slaps send his opponents flying, and instead of getting knocked out, he just lies there looking disappointed and bored of his opponent performance. Oh yeah, he also can punch people out of the goddamn galaxy (while saying a haiku).
P.S. lets just say for the sake of argument that the character has to originate from video games, and be a character the player can control. (So Goku doesn't count.)

damn you beat me to it... goku would still wtfpwn superman and the hulk... think about it, first time he fought vegeta, vegeta was strong enough to destroy the earth, and goku was comparable to him, and that was just the kaioken, in SS4 he could probably destroy half the galaxy before breakfast...axia777 said:
