So, I was on TF2 earlier, and this 5 year old girl joined the server, then these three guys started herassing her, then tried to make her tell her mother she "Loved osama bin ladin," And acted like ignorant assholes. I swear, If I could, I would kick them off the planet...
So, tell me, what the most rage inducing things you've ever faced.

There was this one time when I read the comments on a Youtube video related to the Israel-Palistine conflict.

Whooooo boy. That was, yeah... that was an experience.

People who are convinced that any problem that doesn't affect them personally doesn't exist, and that anyone trying to do anything to solve it is trying to take over society to oppress them.

So in other words, your most rage-inducing encounter on the internet is 95% of internet users?

Reading any comment section about the Israeli-Palestine conflict, some of the things I read disgusted me. Sky News commenters full stop, bunch of far right, knuckle dragging, selfish idiots if you ask me (and that's me putting it nicely). But one thing that really pissed me off was when Edd Gould died of leukemia and Tomska made a tribute video to him, but looking at what some people wrote in the comments section, saying that they're glad he's dead and also calling him a fat b*****d as well, it just disgusted and infuriated me

Any gender related thread on the Escapist. They drive me to take breaks from this site a lot. It has also taught me an important lesson: I'll enjoy the geek culture anyway I damn please. No neckbeards are going to keep me from doing what I want no matter how judgmental they get.

Also one of Bob's reviews on the Game Overthinker, which called for gamers to change their habits in the most, smug, condescending way possible. After that I stopped watching "The Big Picture" for a while. His movie reviews are good though.

I used to have Girl With One Eye as my steam username too, until I started playing multiplayer. Yeah that was fun -_-
Also any thread about religion on the escapist, really makes my stomach turn.

Anything and anyone defending or wearing fur. You deserve nothing less than whatever practices you promote.

Republicans that rant on about liberals destroying America.

People that pretend to be discriminated when they're straight white Christian men living in a country run by straight white Christian men.

People that randomly vanish because they're dicks.

Hypocrites that belong in any of the other things that piss me off.

Comments by annoying people on ThatGuyWithTheGlasses that basically amount to 'Why do you have to review a good movie like this?' Just because you think the movie is a good one that doesn't mean the reviewer has to. Why can't anyone just have a fucking opinion these days? Enjoy or hate the review, but don't do it based around them not liking a movie that you did.

Musical Elitists.

Anyone that defends the Queen of Britain.

People that complain that Movie bob should be banned from the escapist because he has an opinion (though incredibly smug at times) based show on a site centered around providing opinion based shows.

Republicans that make a video on YouTube based around how Obama/Bill Maher is destroying Freedom and Free speech when they completely remove the comments section.

Fundamentalist Christians.

Liberals that go around enforcing an ethical moral code upon people while simultaneously complaining about vegetarians/vegans being preachy when they ***** at them for eating meat. (You really think you're any different?)

AND FINALLY

Obnoxious T-Shirts.

Oh look at me, it's Obama and he looks like the joker. I'm clever, aren't I? It's funny because the Joker is bad and I think Obama is bad. Yup, that's the only real connection there is.

I'M A VEGETARIAN

So am I, think you could wear something a tad more witty and less condescending? Not that I'm any less condescending, but hey, this is what pisses me off.

Militant vegans. I've seen a few on Tumblr and these are some of the most unpleasant people you will ever meet. I'd rather spend an hour in some youtube comments

When I read your post I figured I'd check that shit out. What I saw was a picture of Beast Boy from Teen Titans and the following message:

'Beast Boy is a vegetarian (vegan? IDK they call him a vegetarian in canon but his food choices seem distinctly vegan-ish to me), and Cyborg absolutely loves meat.

Let?s try to follow their example and be friends and respect each other?s life choices, okay?'

Aw. That's nice. Really, I was beginning to wonder what the fuck you were talking about, and then I read this:

'People say being a vegan is bad cause we force it down peoples throat. Why is that a bad thing? Maybe if they stopped eating murdered animals wed stop shoving morality down their throats.

I dont like hitler but Id love to put meat eaters in a concentration camp and just gas them all. BUT OH WAIT thatd still be more humane than the way farm animals are treated.'

Holy fucking shit. Oh well, I guess I shouldn't judge the fellow though. I think the exact same way about Dragon Age 2.

I hear tell of a small group of people not massive fans of The Scorpion King 3.

I can't recall ever being as upset as when I found out that.

The Scorpifoes will be eliminated.

One time on Guild Wars, we eere doing this dungeon and we reach to the final boss room and then one player went AFK. We were annoyed and calling him a leech and etc (he left no message to say he was going to be away and we waited a while incase either he was D/C or had to restart his pc) until he had return.

He had pretty much blown a fuse and went on that he away because his little daughter had fallen over and hit her head. He then went on to say alot of means stuff (like us having no life and being incosider A holes and etc). Heck he even deliberately drop all of his loots including his rare stuff and log on (his character disspear).

No he didn't make me feel bad afterward. Yes I felt sorry that his daughter was hurt but how hard to simply click on the chatbox, type "AFK"? I would of tolatate to that extent.
He left no message and we waited long enough to assume the worse of that person.

EDIT-I apolgise for having a dickish/ cold behaviour during that situation and the impression of viewing the game was more important than real life event. I just think he could of type AFK/ BRB etc AND attended to his daughter. If he had clearly explain the situation when he came back, I would had apolgise for calling him a leech than for him to have a emotional outburst. Yeah it reasonable for him to reacted like that but hey some people can still be level headed during name calling.

Okay, that's it.

I'm going to find, rent and watch that movie just so I know what the hell you keep talking about.

(I didn't even know they made a third one. I'm amazed that they could find the funding after how horrible the second one was.)

I've learned to laugh at most ragey things. Though anyone who actually goes and even opens a Youtube video over stuff like the Israel-Palistine conflict is asking for trouble. Anyway Youtube comments on the bigger videos go straight through my automatic anti-troll filter. I only read them seriously on the smaller ones since they're more likely to have reasonable people who like the video and the creator instead of just randomly trolling a popular/flammable video

Really small one here but I absolutely HATE people who hit the taunt button after a match in UMVC3. Fucking no. I much prefer the automatic victory stances in games like BlazBlue. They're actually cool. Noel just taking off her hat and flipping her hair is infinitely more badass than some whore spamming Akuma's taunt as hard as possible. Maybe I only think that because I don't win much in BB. DX

Also a few games of League of Legends are fucking depressing. Protip: if two premades are losing their lane MUTE THEM IMMEDIATELY. They will more than likely blame the jungler entirely because it's his fault they lost their lane... Wut?

Fortunately people don't drag IRL stuff into League games often. Weird, considering the amount of flaming that goes on... Maybe the LoL community is getting slightly more matur-lol what am I saying? If people stop throwing a hissy fit over being last pick and subsequently troll the fuck out of the entire game then I might reconsider. I actually respect that one guy who silently notices he's been left with support then uses his Superhero Queue Dodge ability immediately.

Well you can taunt in BB if you're ballsy enough. Platinum has one of my favorites.

As for LoL... Actually yeah, most people rage at each other in away that is strictly relevant to the game. That, or they accuse them of being BR, huehuehue XD

If there's one thing I hate, it's ad hominem responses to non-personal arguments.

This happens all the goddamn time.

Otherwise?
Since they've been brought up, Vegans.
PETA.
The 'Fur is murder' crowd
Greenpeace
Amnesty International
American politics

That's all I can think of so far, but it's still early in the day, so who knows?
