I know this is the internet, and generally I ignore everything, but I find myself on a site called FunnyJunk a lot. And I love it there, don't get me wrong. However the site seems to be primarily male, and immediately if there is a female present talks of "rape" and violence and a woman's lack of intelligence is automatically brought up. If a female posts anything, they are immediately assaulted with statements such as "Well her content only got high ratings because she is a female". I guess as a female myself, I'm just tired of the constant attacks on women, at least on the site.
That being said though I'm not a super feminist and I just ignore the posts. To each their own. :3

I remember someone posting a "Feminist" letter to facebook a while ago:

She rationalized this by stating that the world needed more mentally advantaged women a well as more mentally disadvantaged men. Now I have no problem with women getting some equality in this world but this is just psychotic.

This. I won't exactly be the most original guy in the bunch if I say I've been schooled by members of the fairer sex in traditional sausage fests like TF2. Hmm, I mostly just shrug and move on...
Mainly because shortly after that Jim Sterling's videos came up, and at the beginning their heavily layered satire of a know-it-all strawman internet toughguy were unintentionally almost a perfect lampoon of Bob's style of videos that hit very close to home I thought. I still enjoy the Moviebob reviews, but his opinion pieces can be dreadful.
Oh, I did loose it at his Big Picture episode of Halo is horribly sexist and everything-that's-wrong-with-the-world-Michael-Bay-Frat-boy-evil-UURRGGHH rant that he did that was just completely petty, weak, and childish, haven't watched a Big Picture since actually.mechashiva77 said:

The Internet stopped effecting me long ago but there was a guy one youtube telling everybody in the comment section that if you dont pirate all your games regardless of the company then your a gay moron...that was pretty rage inducing plus he kept replying to my one comment over and over, what a douche.
I was on reddit once, and someone posted a comic and asked for an opinion. I told them I didn't like it much (politely, of course; I just said that the art was a little too MS painty and they should use their own jokes instead of memes if they were serious about starting a webcomic.) They creeped on my profile for a while, then posted
"I see you've been posting on the depression subreddit. Maybe the reason you're a virgin with no friends is because you're such an asshole. Why don't you do us all a favor and kill yourself, you've obviously thought of it."
Haven't been back to reddit since. I'm hoping the person sees I never posted after that and thinks that I actually did. A little guilt might do them some good.

What I mean is that he had rush off to attend to his daughter and let say if he did type "AFK" in less than 5 second (probably even faster in a hurry) and then rush off to attend to his daughter, it would of been the same result.
Before you even mention the agony of what the daughter had been through, that the thing, I have no idea how bad/ seriously the situation was. For all I know, it could of been minor but hey the guy wasn't in the right mind when he came back onto the screen to explain the situation clearly which is reasonable from his viewpoint.
Lastly no I am not that selfish to think he should of type AFK, more like he could of anticipated some opinions for being away without mentioning it to anyone, after all this is the internet/ online gaming when you're with a bunch of stranger who have no idea what you're doing in your room right now (other than surfing the net/ playing the game of course).
Every reviewer on the damn net loving Dishonered and never mentioning the deaf,dumb and blind AI hell they copy pasted Bioshocks AI.....
