Most Random Death In A Game

The first time i stepped into the Secret Armoury of General Knoxx DLC for Borderlands, i was running around the town exploring, looking for i don't remember what, and the ship that carries those first assassins crashes directly into me.

I remember a very ironic death recently. I was playing halo 3 and my brother wanted to get an easy laugh. He made a map where all of the respawn points were under a huge booby trap of the random falling tank variety. He and I soon found out that respawn points do not equal spawn points and neither of us were crushed upon the games start. Defeated, we decided to warthog rally for a while. At one point he was walking to his hog when the tank, respawning in the air, immediatly fell and crushed him. It was a beautiful moment of gaming history and we saved the video to be watched for hours on end the following day.

Anyway, mine would probably be anything from IWBTG. That game in and of itself is just wtf.

Recently in Final Fantasy XIII. I'm sure it's in other JRPGs too.

Crushed to death by a giant turtle. And by crushed to death, I mean he took steps. In place. That hit my entire party for 1k each. With that kind of power, how is it possible other animals still exist in the wilderness here?!

Remember that cutscene when you first enter The Archlyte Steppe. Yeah Titan eats Oretoises, plus a bunch of the marks makes them look like normal turtles.

I died once in Oblivion because my Adrenaline Rush wore off, I got better.

This didn't actually happen to me, but I had just lost a match in Armored Core: for Answer, and the guy I was watching randomly exploded. He didn't even get hit by anything. He just exploded.

I can't find the clip anymore, but there was a moment in a Banjo-Kazoie game where while after a race your character is stuck in place for cutscene and the NPC flips off a pole then moves elsewhere, and just happen to be standing right in the way, the guy pushes you off the cliff and you die.

OT: Morrowind, outside the starting area a guy falls from the sky with a sword and some flying things. Turns out I was lucky enough to be there when it happen. Under him. With one health left from a fight I got in.

During Left 4 Dead 2 I was crossing the bridge finale with my friend. We're doing pretty well until we come across a Tank (but this is standard). We don't even really get a chance to kill the thing. My friend gets thrown by the Tank completely off the bridge and the Tank throws a car at me. I am trapped as I die a slow painful death.

When I played L2 (the poor mans WOW) there is a Instance like area in the game called the rift.
Its not anything fun like instances in WOW (or any games really), you are just teleport from room to room, kill a bunch of high hp mobs, move onto the next, till you hit the boss, once the boss is dead, you are teleported out of the rift. Well, one round of rifting, we killed the boss, picked up the loot, and my party was teleported out. I was sent into another room where I was completely gang raped.
Party said they never saw a life bar go down that fast before.

]I once saved a woman from wolves in Red Dead: Redemption, and right when she was thanking me, a mountain lion jumped out of nowhere and attacked and killed her. I killed the lion and went on my way, laughing about it.

The animals in that are insane, I had some guy steal my horse, Then he was killed by a bear along with my horse, then a boar gored me and I was stumbling on the ground as the bear came and killed me as well...

The bears have some serious angercontrol issues. I mean I was once riding in the woods when I got tackled by a bear. I bearly survived it, but after that I got overrun by constant waves of 3 or 4 bears coming from all directions.
