I've read one of the manga books, and seen one of the episodes.

In the book: They pulled out Yugioh and his sky dragon egyptian god card to kill the main baddy

In the anime: They fought along side a guy...made of poo.

If yes, I would say sbemails. When one of the episodes revolves around a character getting so many viruses on his computer THAT IT BREAKS THE WORLD you know that the show is pretty random.

If no, the award would have to go to Bobobo-bobo-bobobo. Every single episode is so full of non-sequiters, I just gave up on making sense out of it, switched my brain off, and had a good time.
