I have never personally walked out on a movie.
A friend of mine however walked out on 2 movies
One was Alice in Wonderland (Midnight Premier for a friend's birthday) Yeah I thought that was a douchebag move.
The other more recently Going the Distance. It was free paid for by our school and he DIDN'T have to see it he could have seen ANY other movie playing at that time.
Personally both movies I saw with him and a group of friends so yeah I thought they were both good in their own ways because I wasn't expecting much from either except for an overpriced joy ride through someones take on a certain matter.
A recent movie that I think I would of walked out on because I thought it was Blah was Inception. And here are my reasons:
1) Main characters aren't really likable AT ALL.
2) Blah story
3) It was not all it was hyped up to be.
4) My friend who walked out on those two movies has a love fetish for Chris Nolan so he never stopped posting how amazing it was.
5) The cinematography was great but seriously all that movie has really done in terms of anything is make a bunch of internet memes because of what it was about.
6) Not original AT ALL.

I NEVER walk out on films. Even to go to the bathroom. Titanic starting and I just downed 5 gallons of coffee? SCREW IT. I HAVE THE WILLPOWER.
Exactly WHY I do this is a fact I'm somewhat unsure of. I tell myself it's because I want to get my money's worth, but then...how does one get your money's worth out of Battlefield Earth?!
A few films I have endured the entire length of, and wish I hadn't:
Jesus Christ, Vampire Slayer (yes, this really exists)
Dugneons and Dragons (the one with the annoying sidekick who died)
Transformers (never liked the series that much to begin with, and Shia Lebouf just pisses me off)
Battlefield Earth (truth be told, the sheer NARM of all of this just made it hilarious...I guess that's why I stayed)
Star Wars Holiday Special (why why why why why why why whywe yhw hywhyh)
House of 1000 Corpses (ugh...I'm pretty sure I was drunk when I got talked into this)
Batman & Robin (no comment)
Ballistic: Ecks Vs Sever
Bloodrayne
The Last Airbender (this hurt my brain. no sequels. PLEASE.)
and a few others that, thankfully, I forget at the moment.

Never left a film viewing in the cinema, waste of money. Last film I started and couldn't finish though was Citizen Kane. Was not in the mood for dat shit lol. Don't know whether I ever will be in the mood for it though mind you...
I walked out of Eragon after about 30 minutes when it just came out. Other than that, none that I can think of.
If I'm paying to see a movie I'll research it beforehand, I'm only watching something if I definitely know I'll like it. And if I go to watch any old crap out of desperation I'll usually stick with it regardless.
Though sometimes my parents like to put on crappy films as part of some horribly forced "family time". In those cases I've walked out of Twilight, Madagascar 2 and Transformers 2.
Oh we had Coraline in 3D on DVD too, but we didn't know we needed a 3D TV for it to work. Can't remember whether I stuck with it or saved myself the eye strain.

I've walked out on Quantum of Solace. I mean. Jeez. It was terrible. Of course, the only reason I walked into it was I had 3 hours to kill and money to burn at the time. I ended up getting a random dinner and a conversation, far more entertaining than the film.
I've never technically walked out on a movie in the traditional sense, but when I went to see Troy in theaters, a fire started in the theatre and we were forced to leave. Never found out who won that war.
I've never walked out on a movie, but there's a couple I never finished. The first one that comes to mind is the Boondock Saints 2. I didn't really like the first one, but I thought I would give the second film a chance. The only interesting character, Smecker(played by Willem Dafoe), wasn't a main character.

I have never walked out of a movie but I was very pissed off when I realised that people where telling the truth about Indiana Jones & The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull.

I stayed to watch Transformers 2 because the sheer stupidness made me smile, (it was bad though).

I hired that 2012 movie. I don't think I made it half way through before I had to turn it off with a scream of "TSUNAMIS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY!"
Not the fact that it was poorly stuck together with MASSIVE holes in the plot as well as generically shoddy acting and poor application of the actual bending powers (especially the earth powers) and the one moment they could have redemed it and smashed up the fire fleet with that bloody HUGE tidal-wave they went all moral on us and didnt follow through.PrimoThePro said:
I havent walked out on any. I didnt go and see Expendables due to extended previous engagements as well as pretty poor comments about them from friends and relatives. All the other films this summer otherwise have been at least bearable if they managed to make me think about the cinema to see them, I nearly cried over airbender though. How they managed to so throughly butcher such a good cartoon is beyond me.
Transformers 2 was pretty poor tbh. Didnt walk out though.
