The FEAR 2 ending... That was just a tad bit messed up and i didn't see it coming (who would!?) Though the boss battle was cool. (it was a good plot twist you might say)

I totally saw the FEAR2 ending coming.. just not in the fashion of rape...

Once you first start seeing your buddy talk about "why did she choose you" in one of the nightmare sequences just made it apparent that she had chosen you for something. And I wasnt being serious about it at first but when I first saw/heard him rambling about that. I was like "Yeah she wants to make babies with me" and then, when she starts jumping you and basically trying to kiss you... it was all allusion to the real thing. Alma wanted to rape your ass for babies!

And FYI... Elementary School horror settings need more children. Just sayin lol.

Sorry, but Indigo Prophecy wins hands-down. You find out the old grandmother chick is actually an evil electrical embodiment of a computer AI and the leader of the Purple Machines, when this was never referenced AT ALL during the game. What made it even more confusing was that you had been fighting ancient Mayan hobos up til this point, so the random inclusion of an army of machines made absolutely no sense after the cat and mouse game between you and the detectives.

Actually, pretty much any scene after this point would win as well.

The problem here is that some parts of the story were cut before the release. But even with the stupid plot twist the rocks.

Seriously though, the stupidest one ever was in Watchmen. It's still a great graphic novel, but things begin to go insane from about halfway through Chapter 11, and then reach the climax of stupidity at the beginning of Chapter 12.

For me, Xenogears had quite a few crazy plot twists. I was starting to groan and roll my eyes for a while, but after the 5th or so crazy/cliche plot twist, it become more of "So ridiculous it's awesome!"

Indigo Prophecy. You spend 1/3 of the game as a man, who's framed for murder and as the cops, who try to arrest him. At that time, the game is perfect.
Then they have to ruin the story by turning Marcus into fucking Neo and add a scientologist clan and a yellow AI thing.

Not to mention the whole AI thing comes out of nowhere at all, and no explantion how that works either. The Mayan thing was nicely set up, and then.....who are these guys?

It's almost as if the writer(s) faced this decision: I'm running out of time, so should I try to nicely resolve the whole mayan/conspiracy plot that's been set up so far....or just say "fuck it" and rip off the Matrix a lot?
