Mental Wise: Zelda - Water Temples
Physical: I gotta say its "Ark" from FF7 or FF8. cant remember which one but it looked like overkill. Or TerraFlare from FF12.

Voss-LAR in BF2142. Seriously. Three shots from a high-firerate, high mag-capacity, light assault rifle takes 3 shots to kill someone while a heavy assault rifle takes nearly the entire clip? While the super-powered sniper rifle takes two shots if it doesn't hit the head? While it takes three point-blanc buck shots?

Natascha in TF2. its a high damage minigun that never have to reload and slows the people it hits.
...Do you really play TF2?

Also, the grenade launcher in TF2. Easy to aim, can spam aroudn a corner, does upwards of 100 damage at close range...
yes i do play tf2. alot in fact. and the grenade launcher sucks because its so inaccurate
It's a grenade launcher. You don't have to hit them dead-on. Plus with proper procatice you CAN be accurate. Also, natascha has reduced damage and fire-rate compared to the default weapon. Its only plus is that it can slow people, and even that doesn't nearly work so well.

I wouldn't say the BFG9000 was overpowered, mainly because it drains a sizeable chunk of ammo per shot.

Ooh! I thought of another one! Dunno if this really counts, but Bullseye Navior's pod in Star Wars EP1 Racer. Once you get it, and you can get it easily as soon as you've beaten the first round of the tournament, you'll probably never use any other except Neva Kee (who is also considerably better than everyone else, and turns up somewhere near the end of the 2nd tournament round, I think) and Sebulba (who you have to beat all 3 rounds the tourney to get hold of, so he's a moot point, as you'll only use him on a couple of the extra ones if you haven't already done those). Then again, I think SWEP1R suffers from having not-that-many good vehicles, a couple of awesome ones and a *lot* of really bad ones.

The musket from Jade Empire. It's a gun in a martial arts game making most of the fights afterward a recreation of that scene in Indiana Jones.
Not really, the pathetic rate of fire means you're screwed against anything more than one or two opponents. However, Jade Golem Form is a different story and it can steamroll any large group of enemies. Also, Paralyzing Palm against pretty much anything. You can take down the final boss without taking ANY damage just by spamming Paralyzing Palm and switching to a Martial Style between two PP combos for the extra damage.

Robe of Vecna + Improved Alacricity in Baldur's Gate 2. Zero cast time (or close to it) + no pause between casting spells. You could unload your entire arsenal in a matter of seconds. Add in a Time Stop for good measure. Also, do this with a Wild Mage spamming Reckless Dweomer 9th level spells and hillarity ensues...

Most over powered weapon? A millipede with spikes in chain mail.
I joke, I joke.

Obviously the BFG9000 simply because it is made of win and is better than anything Master Chief can pull out of his galactic space bottom.
